Freedom from Smoking is a proven program, created by the American Lung Association, to help smokers quit for good. Offered in an eight week format, the Freedom from Smoking program provides a step-by-step method of quitting that emphasizes long-term quitting. Taught by a Certified Freedom from Smoking instructor, the program is offered multiple times throughout the year.

The next session will begin Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm on Level 2 outside of Cardiopulmonary Services, best accessed through entrance #2.
