Freedom from Smoking

Freedom from Smoking is a proven program, created by the American Lung Association, to help smokers quit for good. Offered in an eight week format, the Freedom from Smoking program provides a step-by-step method of quitting that emphasizes long-term quitting. Taught by a Certified Freedom from Smoking instructor, the program is offered multiple times throughout the year. Classes are from 6-8pm and begin January 8. |
