Mahaska Health Partnership Home Health and Hospice Services are dedicated to our patient’s unique needs. The partnership of the two programs allows staff to work in conjunction with each other to ensure the best possible experience for our patients, helping them stay in their homes for as long as possible.

Services are provided throughout Mahaska and Keokuk counties as well as surrounding counties through the partnership of Mahaska Hospice, Keokuk County and the Hospice Serenity House, all services of MHP.
