Mahaska Health Partnership Physical and Occupational therapy provides comprehensive services for patients with disabilities, injuries or pain. Our goal for our patients is to relieve pain, improve lost function and promote healing. Our mission is to be your preferred provider of rehabilitative services in Southeast Iowa.

Physical therapy deals with the prevention and treatment of disability, disease and injury for all ages. We work with inpatients, outpatients and home health patients to help you decrease pain and regain mobility. We develop a personalized treatment plan incorporating various forms of therapeutic exercise, muscle re-education techniques, balance activities and education.

Occupational therapy uses goal-directed activity to evaluate and treat people whose ability to function is impaired by normal aging, illness, injury or developmental disability. We work with inpatients, outpatients and home health patients focusing on the promotion of functional independence, prevention of disability and maintenance of wellness.
