From New Sharon/Grinnell or Hwy 63 North
- Come into Oskaloosa from the North on Hwy 63
- Hwy 63 turns into North Market Street
- Turn left onto C Avenue East
- Go 0.8 miles and Mahaska Health Partnership is on the left

From Pella or Hwy 163 East:
- Coming into Oskaloosa from the West take the IA-92 exit, EXIT 57
- Turn left onto IA-92
- Hwy 92 turns into A Ave W
- Go 2.3 miles and turn left onto N 11th St (stoplight)
- Go 0.2 miles and turn right on C Ave East (stop sign)
- Go 0.1 miles and Mahaska Health Partnership is on the left

From Eddyville/Ottumwa or Hwy 163/63 North:
- Come into Oskaloosa from the South take the US-63 exit, EXIT 60
- Go 2.9 miles and turn right onto A Ave East/IA-23/IA-92 (stoplight)
- Go 2.3 miles and turn left onto N 11th St (stoplight)
- Go 0.2 miles and turn right on C Ave East (stop sign)
- Go 0.1 miles and Mahaska Health Partnership is on the left

From Fremont/Cedar or Hwy 23 Northwest:
- Come into Oskaloosa from the Southeast on IA-23
- Turn left onto A Ave East/IA-23/IA-92
- Go 0.4 miles and turn right onto N 11th St (stoplight)
- Go 0.2 miles and turn right on C Ave East (stop sign)
- Go 0.1 miles and Mahaska Health Partnership is on the left

- Come into Oskaloosa from the East on IA-92 exit
