Types of Massage
Chair Massage – Sit in a specially designed chair while one of our trained massage therapists gives you a Swedish massage with long, rolling strokes to work out tension.
Relaxation & Deep Tissue Massage – When an experienced massage therapist increases pressure for a deep tissue massage, it can help ease chronic muscle tension, reduce pain, improve joint circulation, increase flexibility, reduce fatigue, and even boost the immune system, promoting faster healing. These massages may be especially beneficial for sports injuries. However, never hesitate to ask your massage therapist to go easy on the pressure – at no point should your massage be uncomfortable.
Reflexology – Based on the idea that certain areas of the ears, hands and feet are connected by nerves to other parts of the body, reflexology applies pressure to these areas to relieve pain in their corresponding parts.
