Hours: Full-time; Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm with 1 Saturday or Sunday per month.
Education Requirements: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize during high volume periods.
Duties: Responsibilities include greeting all visitors in a professional & courteous manner, registering all patients efficiently & accurately, updating patient demographics & insurance information, be able to communicate with the patient his or her financial obligation, complete additional daily tasks without prompting, and any other duties assigned by supervisor. Knowledge of medical insurance preferred. Must enjoy working with the public. Previous healthcare registration preferred.
