Hours: Part-time, Friday – Sunday; 7:30am-4:00pm. Hours may vary on Fridays.
Education Requirements: Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize during high volume periods. Previous healthcare registration and insurance experience preferred.
Duties: Responsibilities include greeting all patients and visitors in professional & courteous manner, registering all patients efficiently and accurately. This position must have the ability to communicate to the patient their financial obligation for the services and have the ability to assist them with payment resolution. Obtaining signatures and collecting co-payments. Complete additional daily tasks without prompting and any other duties as assigned by the Director or Supervisor.
