Education Requirements: A.A. degree or equivalent experience in computer science or electronics.
Requirements: You will be a champion of systems, automation, and security. This is a hands-on technical position. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing Microsoft and Office 365 Infrastructure and Enterprise applications. You must possess a high standard of excellence, solid written and verbal communication skills, have a strong customer focus, and be capable of technical deep dives into Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, SharePoint Migrations, OneDrive adoption, and cloud storage.
Roles & Responsibilities: Contribute to infrastructure improvements, architecture, development, and deployment. Analyze, troubleshoot and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Office 365 platforms. Design and implement organization wide Single Sign On solutions. Test, troubleshoot and work independently to resolve both customer issues and systemic problems. Applies understanding of our business functions and systems to determine impact of system changes to the business and vice versa. Communicates with system users in business terms. Ensures that work complies with the organizations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Infrastructure Change Control (ICC) process, systems development life cycle methodology, policies, standards and procedures. Specifies, configures and maintains server hardware and operating system software and could include: Providing guidance and mentoring in area(s) of technical expertise. Researching, analyzing and implementing patches and upgrades to fix operating system problems or vulnerabilities. Present Teams and Office 365 Platform Services across all organizational levels (Technical, PM’s and Executives). Able to function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on OneDrive, as well as Teams support and operations.
Skills & Experience Required: Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends. Thorough command of core Microsoft on-premise & cloud technologies, including Office 365, Azure AD, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Online. Previously worked on project which require planning, migration and operations of Office 365 in both Hybrid and Cloud-only configurations. In-depth knowledge of supporting and complementary technologies, such as ADFS, Azure, Active Directory Connect. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions design and operations. 3+ years of technical experience supporting Office 365 as an administrator (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, etc.). Office365 license, feature, and policy management. PowerShell scripting expertise within Office 365 / Azure AD / Teams / SharePoint. Experience working with SSO solutions such as Imprivata. Troubleshoot Teams implementations, experience with assessing, architecting and supporting Office 365 Groups. Architecture and engineering of Microsoft Office 365 Groups, Teams, providing guidance and deep technical knowledge on various Teams architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment. Service Health monitoring using MS 365 console and actively respond based on system alerts and notifications. Resolve and act as escalation and coordination point for Teams incidents and problems related to escalations from service desk and performs root cause analysis. Requirements gathering for design, development and deployment of a platform or product ensuring adequate resiliency. Able to convey technical concepts to individuals without prior technical knowledge or understanding of topics. Able to coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure successful upgrades, installations or integration activities. Ability to perform client testing, server patching and deployment assistance. Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting IT infrastructures including servers, networks, storage systems, desktops and laptops. Must be able to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends and/or during change windows outside of normal business hours.
