Eric Held, PT, DPT, finds fulfillment in seeing his patients regain movement and attain their goals. Inspired by his own injury in college, Eric began studying human anatomy and fell in love with how the body supports and produces movement.
Eric strives to set meaningful goals for his patients and engage them in their care. He believes a hands-on approach allows patients to see the best outcome, whether that is returning to a sport or hobby, completing job duties, or improved daily movement.
Eric values patient input in their goals, and believes individuals should be a the driving force in their own rehabilitation and treatment plan. From musculoskeletal conditions to athletic injuries, post-surgical treatment, limb loss, vestibular (dizziness) treatments, and more Eric is prepared to help patients reach their goals.
Outside of work, Eric loves to stay active. In his free time he enjoys walking, running, or biking on the recreation trail in Oskaloosa, watching the Iowa Hawkeyes play, and attending wrestling meets.
