Mahaska Health Welcomes New Birthing Center Assistant Director
Erica Strunk, RN has been chosen to serve as the Mahaska Health Birthing Center Assistant Director. For many, Erica will be a familiar face as she worked as a nurse in the Birthing Center prior to beginning her new position in May.
Erica grew up in Eddyville and received her Associate in Arts degree from Indian Hills Community College. She later went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree at William Penn University, and is now working on her Master’s degree in order to further excel in her management and leadership skills.
In her new role, Erica is looking forward to continuing to facilitate a trustworthy and warm environment for her team members and patients. Her passion and experience make her a great asset to the Mahaska Health team. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, camping and boating.
