Turkey Chili

Don’t let Thanksgiving leftovers go to waste. Here’s a clever recipe to use up leftover Turkey this year!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded or chopped turkey
  • 1 TB olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 12-14 oz diced green chili (comes in 4 oz and 10 oz cans)
  • 1 box no salt added chicken broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 cans no salt added great northern beans

You Will Need

  • Large Pot
  • Medium Pan

Directions

  1. Prepare vegetables and turkey
  2. Sautee minced garlic and onions in olive oil until soft.
  3. Put all ingredients in pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!

Pro Tips 

  • Not sure where to find diced green chilis? They can be found by taco shells, or in the hispanic food section of most grocery stores.
