Exercise Smart After Summer

Post summer days that are cooler and shorter are just around the corner, use these tips to beat your workout boredom throughout the fall season.
Move more. Moving more is a great way to reduce your risk for heart disease and stroke. Try to get at least 30 minutes of moderate activity in every day and try wearing a fitness tracker to help you reach your daily fitness goals. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting a new workout regimen.

Exercise boosts immunity during cold and flu season. Have fun with cool weather activities like: walking, jogging, hiking and try new playlist to boost your mood.

Stay comfortable. Dress for the weather. Keep your feet cozy with warm socks, weatherproof shoes and supportive insoles. Don’t forget to hydrate and keep a water bottle with you throughout the day.
