Oskaloosa couple shares their experience at Mahaska Health Birthing Center
Oskaloosa community residents Janessa Ford and her Husband Kyle recently welcomed Jemma, the newest addition to their family at the Mahaska Health Birthing Center. Janessa expressed her gratitude towards Mahaska Health for exceeding her family’s expectations. Dr. Angela Godejohn, Mahaska Health OB & Family Practice Physician, and her team provided exceptional care throughout Janessa’s pregnancy and delivery, making her feel confident and at ease.
Janessa and Kyle both previously lived in the Oskaloosa Community and recently moved back to the area after several years. Kyle Ford is a dentist in Ottumwa, and both he and Janessa are excited about raising their family in Oskaloosa!
Janessa’s experience at Mahaska Health was exceptional, with spacious and comfortable rooms and attentive nurses who made her feel attended to. The Birthing Center also offers all new parents a professional photoshoot with a skilled photographer, capturing those priceless moments.
“The rooms were very nice. I’ve been to three different hospitals for my births, and the Mahaska Health Birthing Center was the most spacious.” shared Janessa, “I had very attentive nurses and our family felt very supported.”
