When to get an equipment check-up or refresh
Eligibility of replacement supplies depends on the physician’s orders, medical condition and the medical insurance policy. Keep in contact with your Provider to know when to replace the equipment that you use frequently.
Resupply Process
Our Mahaska Health DME specialists work with your medical provider and your insurance company to get you the equipment and supplies you need on a regular basis. We also offer product warranties, on-call availability, and free delivery of replacement supplies. Please visit us for your free equipment evaluation. Sleep apnea replacement supplies may be ordered through our website. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. We will process this order and get your items shipped to your house within approximately two weeks. At the time of order placement, insurance guidelines will be reviewed to ensure that items have been ordered according to the correct time schedule allotted.
