Blaise Waller, DO, is a board-certified Family Practice physician dedicated to providing comprehensive care. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University, graduating in the top quartile of his class. Following his academic achievements, Dr. Waller completed his residency at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA, where he practiced for three years. His experiences in a clinical setting have honed his skills and deepened his commitment to patient-centered care.

Growing up in rural Iowa and inspired by his father’s work as a community physician, Dr. Waller understands the value of personal connections and the unique benefits of providing care in a close-knit community. This shared commitment to community health led him and his wife, Dr. Mollie Waller, to make Oskaloosa, IA their home, where they both practice at Mahaska Health. Dr. Waller emphasizes the importance of shared decision-making, ensuring his patients are well-informed and actively engaged in their healthcare.
