Kelly Decious, OTR/L is a board-certified Occupational Therapist and Assistant Director of Physical and Occupational Therapy at Mahaska Health. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri and began her career in Mesa, Arizona. Kelly brings over a decade of experience across a range of care environments, including outpatient orthopaedics, inpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing care. Much of her professional experience has been in southeast Iowa, where she continues to support patients with compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, participating in 4H, and working on home and garden projects.
