Kiron Nair, MD is a board-certified and fellowship trained Hematologist and Oncologist with over twenty years of healthcare experience. Dr. Kiron Nair will provide full-time access, streamlined care coordination, and treatments for patients beginning September 2025, and joins Dr. Daniel Kollmorgen, Mahaska Health Surgical Oncologist, on our
cancer care, multi-disciplinary teams, and infusion center. Dr. Nair earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Kerala, T.D. Medical College. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Tirunelveli Medical College, MGR Medical University and continued with Residency in Internal Medicine at the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Nair completed his fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. Committed to compassionate care and collaborative patient-doctor decision making, Dr. Nair serves as a Hematology/Oncology Specialist.
Dr. Nair specializes in Oncology and Hematology with a focused interest in solid malignancies. He has several publications to his credit and is a member of several professional organizations including the Indian Medical Association (IMA), American Medical Association, American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), and the American Society of Hematology (ASH).
Dr. Nair proudly supports patients by providing excellent care with compassion, open communication and well-informed decision making. He is dedicated to improving access to cancer care in our region. He enjoys traveling, long drives, listening to music, watching movies, and playing cricket.
