Reid P. Turner, MD, received his Bachelor of Arts at Central College and went on to receive his Medical Degree with a distinction in teaching at the University of Iowa. While doing his transition years at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, he even completed a rotation through Wolfe Eye Clinic. Dr. Turner excelled during his ophthalmology residency at the respected Storm Eye Institute at the Medical University of South Carolina. He was elected Chief Resident by his peers, the Valloton Award for Academic Excellence for two years straight and was three times named Teacher of the Month in the College of Medicine. He has been seeing patients with Wolfe Eye Clinic since August 2018.
