Shane Kirkegaard, DO is a Family Medicine specialist serving patients at Mahaska Health as a Hospitalist. After his service in the Iowa Air National Guard, Dr. Kirkegaard pursued a medical degree from Des Moines University. He is a member of both the Association of Military Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Kirkegaard enjoys providing excellent care to each of his patients and he is honored by the opportunity to care for those in his community.
