What: Grab your little ghouls and goblins – Our Mahaska Health Trunk or Treat event will take place OUTDOORS this year! We are excited to host a Trunk or Treat night for Mahaska Health employees and family members (sons, daughters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews) of Mahaska Health employees. We are asking each department to decorate a ‘trunk’ or area around their parking space for Halloween so that our kiddos can visit each department’s area in their Halloween costumes and receive candy from our team members.
Along with the joy of being able to watch our loved ones dress up and have a ghostly good time, this is also a COMPETITION – and we hope ALL departments participate! Mahaska Health will provide all the candy for the event, but will need your help in the creativity and decoration for your department’s ‘trunk!’ The winning department will receive a FREE PIZZA PARTY!
When: Tuesday, October 27th 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Where : SW Provider Parking Lot on Mahaska Health Campus
Notes for the event:
- Everyone will need to be masked for this event (excluding children)
- For attendees: Please park your car in the regular employee lot on the SW side of campus and the event will take place in the back, provider area of the parking lot
- For department ‘trunks’: On October 27th, please park your car in the set aside parking spaces in the back provider parking lot
- This event is for Mahaska Health employees and their family members only. To enter the Trunk or Treat area, you will need to present your sign-up confirmation email (either a screenshot of the confirmation email or printed out confirmation)
Please let us know who is participating so we know for judging and also which departments to get treats to for “trunk or treat.”
