Family Practice Physician Dr. Stephen Mineart is designated as a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner by the FAA and is also a private pilot. With this classification, Dr. Mineart is able to perform Class 1, 2 and 3 Medical Exams.

All pilots (student, private, commercial and transport) can be accommodated.

All airmen coming to Dr. Mineart for an FAA Medical Certification will first need to complete an online application with the FAA (form 8500-8) before coming to their appointment.
