Infusion Therapy at Mahaska Health
The Mahaska Health Infusion Therapy team offers leading-edge treatment for cancer, blood disorders, and many life-challenging conditions—all in a comfortable setting.
Infusion treatments we provide
Our outpatient Infusion Center offers a full range of treatment options:
- Chemotherapy and immunotherapy
- Blood transfusions
- Infusion therapy for anemia, Crohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, asthma, and more
- IV antibiotic therapy, hydration therapy, and nausea management
- Hormone therapy injections
- Infusion care through implanted ports (Infusaport), PICC lines, and central lines

Our cancer care team brings together medical oncology, surgical oncology, general surgery, advanced practice providers, and infusion experts who work side by side to support you and your family through every step of care.
Medical oncology and hematology
Dr. Kiron Nair is a board-certified hematologist and oncologist with more than twenty years of experience. He provides comprehensive care for solid tumors, blood cancers, and complex hematologic conditions.
Michelle Harban, ARNP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in women’s health and oncology, providing skilled, compassionate support throughout each phase of treatment.
Surgical oncology and general surgery
Dr. Daniel Kollmorgen is a fellowship-trained surgical oncologist with more than two decades of experience caring for patients with complex cancers.
Dr. Tim Breon is a board-certified general surgeon with extensive experience in traditional, laparoscopic, and robotic-assisted procedures for both routine and emergent care needs.
Dr. Jesse Van Maanen is a board-certified general surgeon providing individualized, comprehensive surgical care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques when appropriate.
Dr. Paul Riggs is a long-serving, board-certified general surgeon known for his steady, compassionate approach and decades of experience supporting the Mahaska community.
